Northern Lights is quite possibly the most famous
strain in modern times. A pure indica grown first in Holland,
Northern Lights has been crossed with multiple strains in
the creation off new breeds and mixes. It is one of the most
potent and powerful plants known in the world. Most all of
the well-known indoor strains today contain some of Northern
Lights genetics.
Normally grown indoors, Northern Lights has, over
time, adapted towards indoor growing. With its high flower
to leaf ratio, its high yield, easy harvest, short flowering
time and outstanding resin production, Northern Lights is
an easy to cultivate plant that proves extremely lucrative.
It's a small plant that packs a big punch.
Winner of more titles of harvest festivals than
any other strain, Northern Lights produces snowy white, crystalline
buds that carry a full, airy aroma yet has a very neutral,
if almost non-existent taste. But don't let that fool you,
Northern Lights is one of the highest quality highs one can
ever procure. A definite must have for cannabis lovers and
pot aficiacandos world-wide.

reliable plant...

NL is a plant thats easy to grow and maintain and you can set your watch on when to pull your males(8-9 weeks).
Usaully one male to two females is the norm in my garden(outdoor). With a yield sometimes reaching 400grams .If NL had a taste as sweet as it's high it would easily have a five star rating.

Been clonning off the same plant stock for 6 years. NL seeds which I struck and sorted the chaff from the 'wheat'. Rotate 4 clones to veg to flower. Not shopped for or gone without NL for that period of time.
One of those strains which keep getting you there, no matter how often you part take.
White Widow is not bad but NL's is top shelf in my medicine cabinet.

They happen, you pull those straight away. You make sure you have 2-3 nice females. Take the best female and let her bush out properly. Then cut the stems (with the leaf on the end) and use a clone product available at all fine garden depts.
You then use that ONE female to clone as many plants as you can. You keep her seperate from the clones. You have to put all the clones through a 'bush stage" and get another nice female (all will be female now because they are clones) for your NEXT harvest. She remains in the regular leaf growing light while away from the now leafed (not to long!!) clones that are put into the 'budding' stage. About 18 hours a day of light. Keep well watered. This is just a basic way to grow indoors useing track (not individual pots) and never ever ever grow in soil. we used to buy water for them bottled, even though our tap water in Australia was great. We also used the super grow or mega grow drops again at ANY garden dept. there are many ways to set up your indoor garden. drip systems, potted systems (that used other than soil - even top quality soil will bring bugs and disease) have lamps that can be lowered and raised as needed. Vermiculite your clones also! Vermiculite is your best friend for indoor growing. Keep your area sterile as much as possible. Did this for years, had a pound every 6 weeks. Then the cloneing started all over again!

I ordered 20 beans. 40% of my plants were confused. They showed male and female traits and had to be destroyed. Im not very happy.

Northern Lights should be everyone?s favorite strain. No matter what you?re smoking nowadays, it probably came from Northern Lights. We should all pay homage to the greatest weed ever grown.
Favorite strain

When I first started growing in a growroom, my mentor told me Northern Lights would be something I would have to work up to. But, since it?s my favorite strain I jumped right in. It was a challenge to have such a small but powerful plant to care for at first, but once you learn the nuances of Northern Lights, and see the crystals forming on the buds, you know you made it. And that makes it all worth while. Well, that and the fact that it?s the best damn high known to man and woman!!
